Q. Can I run my refrigerator while I'm driving?
A. Yes. You should always test your rv refrigerator a few days before you go on vacation to assure that everything is working properly. Both gas and AC. Make sure the flame lights in the back for the gas, make sure the unit is cooling properly. While you are driving (moving) the refrigerator will run just fine.

Q. Is it really true that you can damage your unit by running it off level?
A. Yes absolutely true! A large percentange of the units that fail have been damaged from unleveled operation. Whenever the refrigerator is in operation (propane, 12V or 120V) and the RV is not moving the RV MUST be level. For Dometic's 2 degrees side to side, 4 degrees front to back (standing infront of the unit). For Norcold's 3 degrees side to side, 6 degrees front to back. If you are stopping for a while and the RV is parked unleveled it is better to just turn off the refrigerator and restart it when you take off.

Q. Is there any way to take bad odor out of your fridge?
A. Febreeze is the best way to take odors away. They even have
fragrance free febreeze. Just spray on walls, let it soak in and
wipe with a wet clothe. You may have to do it more than once
